A classically trained chef with 12 years international experience at pleasing his clientele was frustrated by the lack of quality produce available to his industry. This led him in 2000 to build his own hydroponic green houses growing bio-rational salad mixes and herbs to select restaurants, food processors and hotels through out the north island.
Brand development, quality produce and customer service allowed the Country Herb Company to grow within a competitive and hostile market.
